Listed below are some of our most frequently asked questions. If you have questions or concerns that are not addressed below, please contact us. We will try to answer your question as quickly as possible.

Do I have to sign a contract?

CleanQuest of Texas does not use contracts. We have an open-ended service agreement which outlines our policies, what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. This agreement can be terminated at will by either party with a 30-day notice. You will never be locked into a long-term agreement.

Do you do your cleaning after hours?

We will do our cleaning during your normal business hours. You will not have to worry about our technicians being in your place of business while you are not there. We will schedule our technicians to be in your place of business when it is most convenient for you, when you are least busy and when we will be least intrusive.

Can I pick the day and time of service?

We will do our best to accommodate you with regard to day and time of service. Most of our clients are flexible about when they want to be serviced, but we understand that others need to have a specific time when we will be there. We will be more than happy to service you at the tie of your choosing, if that is your situation.

We pride ourselves on our punctuality and dependability. Our service technicians will do everything within their power to be at your place of business when they are scheduled to be.

How safe are your cleaning chemicals?

Our chemicals are strong enough to kill viruses and bacteria, but completely safe for human contact. Our technicians are very careful in their use of cleaning compounds, but even in the unlikely event that some of the chemical should spill, it should not be considered hazardous to humans or animals.

How long will your cleaning chemicals kill germs?

Some companies claim that their chemicals will kill germs for up to two weeks, but our research indicates that there is no product on the market that can accurately make that claim. Our chemicals kill viruses and bacteria on contact, and will inhibit their growth for several days, but the key to maintaining fresh restrooms is to completely remove the materials on which the bacteria feed and grow. Rather than depending on chemicals to keep your restrooms safe, CleanQuest relies on complete and thorough cleaning of your restroom fixtures.
